OOOOoooh ouch! My Karate instructor really worked us hard today!!! OYE! We did front punch-back punch-front kick-back kick combos today...and a whole lot of stretching of muscles I didn't know existed! So I kinda feel like that puppy there!OOOoh I could use some spa treatment right about now...owe...oooOOOOOoooo.....
Anyone know any good Santeria books? Since Yemaya is knocking at the proverbial door, I figure I should look into her African traditions, roots, and practices.
