  1. You always look like you are having such fun in your videos. And there is a sweetness about your personality that keeps me coming back for more.

Just thought I'd kiss ass a bit:)

The way you describe knitting backwards, that first pass you did, that's how I knit, as a leftie.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

  2. *sloppy kissing sounds*
WOW! Never expected that one! LMAO!

I do have fun. Life is what you make of it, and I've decided to make the best of it and find fun in most everything I do. I really enjoy making these videos since there seems to be a need for this sort of crafty instruction...and for free. Why pay $30 or more for an instructional DVD when you have people like me willing to teach it for free? Why pay for the knowledge? It should be freely passed on, not hoarded and kept under guard. How will we ever survive to the next millenium?!

Yep, I've seen leftie knitters knit that way but it took some thinking about to get it streight in my head before I could do it myself. I had to make the connections in my brain to my hands. It really is faster knitting back and forth like this instead of knitting and purling. I hate purling...hurts my hands and isn't as fun to do.

  3. I dislike purling too. I haven't figured out how to do it on the Knitting Looms either. I need to have someone show me how to do that. But in the meantime, I'm going crazy with my crochet. The husband commented last night on, "Exactly how many projects do you have going at any given point in time?" He doesn't understand the need to keep the mind active and interested, rather than just knitting or crocheting for the sake of knitting or crocheting.

I'll be posting a pic of my "ripple" today sometime...

Thanks for the feedback! Most comments will be published right away except for you pathetic spammers who's messages will never see the light of day. If you are offended by having to fill one a "prove you are not a robot" form, my goodness...chill out! It takes two seconds to do and saves me a ton spam to have to filter through and it takes two seconds, MAX. If you are that easily offended, maybe you should simply not comment, and seek some counseling.
