The baby shower quilt was finished and given to the mother-to-be friend, finally!
And with all the photo's I have to share on it, this is when I am really starting to hate the way Blogger handles photo's.

This table works much better. |
Afterwards I went to clean my machine and was SHOCKED at the amount of dust under the bobbin!
Goodness me!
After that I decided to play and make a fun crazy quilt patch.
That I turned into a lovely needle book. I needed one for my travel quilting. I've been itchin to have something with me to sew on while wasting time between my morning routes. I have nearly an hour and a half that I spend at one coffee shop or another.

Crow! |
This was a fun afternoon. A crow swooped down to grab some smooshed popcorn right in front of the bus. He was a brave one as the traffic after school is horrendous!
Until next time...

What a fantastic quilt - that is one lucky baby!
ReplyDeleteAnd the crazy quilt patch is delicious - never occurred to me to use all those funky stitches on my machine that way, have to try it!!!
Totally! Fold over the edge and use a decorative stitch to sew it on. One less step, vs sewing-pressing-resewing with decorative stitch.
ReplyDeleteCheck out how this lovely man does it...
