Mars retro again?

Oh my golly-gosh! And boy am I noticing it. Everyone is in a fighting mood today. The mechanic at work was all pissy because I asked about better wipers. The he treats me like am amateur and tells me how to get the ice out from the wipers. Hello! Not an amateur at this job! Ugh. Men. I bumped into the bible thumper at walmart last night (oh the evil word!), and he told me that farm and barn had pairs of winter wiper blades on sale for the price of one at walmart. Cool. Went there and sure enough, a pair for $8...what a deal! So I bought those for the truck. Maybe I'll go the extra mile and get a pair of the damned van too. Mechanic guy was like every day he sees the same vehicles claiming to need the more washer fluid. I'm like, you haven't seen this one...and then he interrupts and said yes he did see it, last week. And I said, it wasn't for washer fluid. He shut his mouth then. I blew up, I said don't be taken your bad day out on me. If the company would let the drivers do it, then he wouldn't be so busy with everyone. He said he wasn't getting upset at me, he just had a lot to do. Well yah, your the mechanic...there is always something that needs to be done all the time. I can sympathize with that.

Then on one of my lists people are all getting defense over the discussion over the walmart conspiracy. Then I found a note on the front door to the apartment building and one of the new tendents was callint eh neighbor above me a key thief because he took the key out of the door last night. Well...the key was in the door, and the key this morning was on the bulletin board above the mailboxes. I wrote over the note in black sharpie that the key was there, jump to conclusions often? Then I left another note under the key in the board asking "why would someone who lives in the same building want to "steal" another persons front door key? Think about it. For future reference, lost items are posted onto this board by your thoughtful neighbors. The guy with the truck (as she referenced to him in her nasty door note) is a nice man, not a thief. Your friendly neighbor in Apt 2". How paranoid is that? Well they are still fairly new to this place, and the lady that lives with this new man seems like a real bitch. But that is just my first impressions.

So I started an exercise routine. Nothing new. I am doing sweating to the oldies for 20 minutes everyday in an attempt to loose some weight and get my heart into better condition. I run out of breath so easily and I don't know if it is my ashama or my heart.

My worms seem to be doing better, thankfully. And I went to the library yesterday on state street and checked out three books on goddesses and mythology. Who knew mythology would be so interesting! I am soaking it up like a sponge!

Until next time...

Blahs

Oye I have felt all blah-like today. Feeling discouraged and kinda phasey. Maybe it is the murcury retrograde and the full moon together.
And I was feeling quite over-whelmed and discouraged over Cella. There seems to be so much to do and so much that I'll never get it all done in time for next semester. I talked to Gemini about it and she said I only have to do one maybe two things for each section. Even now as I write I have a knot in my stomach...how am I gonna get it all done! AH! Okay...so I already have two...three...four maybe more already out of the way:

Environment-Highway Cleanup, vermicomposting, switching to a motion sensor for the hallway light

Organization, Administration and Leadership-helping with the MAP group and organizing the highway cleanup, organizing the events at MAP,helping with madPUC

Creativity: Moccasins; candles, soap, and the various other things I make by hand from scratch (when possible). I think my experince more than covers this one.

Ritual: Take account of all the rituals I have done since I joined Cella: 2 at Samhain gathering, one at PPD, and the one coming up for Yule...that's four out of eight required.

Music and Dance: I drum, play the violin (although not as well as I did in middle school), didgi, and I someday plan on purchasing an indian flute. I attend a singing circle to drum.

Divination: I use tarot, runes, witches runes

Hummm...that is six less than I thought I had to do. Yippie!

Until next time...

Bin problem found

Okay...I think it was a combination of different conditions. The bin is a tad too wet and is dried out some now. And I found the bread in the corner was heating up. I learned that grains heat up no matter where they are at when they decompose. I thought I was imagining it and called the BF over to feel the side of the bin and tell me if I was imagining it.

I drilled three holes about one inch from the bottom of the bin on the long sides and one on each end. Then covered it with another top part of a pair of panti-hose. I'll never wear them anyhow. Who would ware such things...they are so uncomfortable!

Until next time...

Blah and worms

Well I worked my first game as ticket taker, and unbeknown to me...the area where we work is out in the open with no protection from the weather. And wouldn't you know it, it rained 4 out of the 6 hours I was there working! The company does not supply rain gear, special parking, training or orientation! What a shit-hole of a company! I have never worked for such a nasty place before. The people were nice enough to at least tell me what they needed me to do. This is my second job to bring in a little extra dough for the holidays coming up but damned, it ain't worth my health. I was so sick yesterday from being in the freezing rain for 4 hours. My friend tells me I should talk to the head boss, but he doesn't seem to be all that caring about anything, but I will try. Since this job is not my sole source of income it is , in my mind, a disposable job.
Argh. What a shit job! The people working for them are mental or are teens.

*sigh*

Well anyhow, my worm bin is something smelly. The worms continue to climb all over the bin and stay outside the bedding. So either there is not enough room for them all, the bedding is too wet, or there is not enough food for them all. I added 1LB and 8oz of scraps to the bin today and I opened up the bin with a light on for awhile to dry it out a little. We'll see if this helps. I think maybe I need a bigger bin, but I don't have room for anything much bigger and the books I read suggest something shallow and long rather than tall and deep. The books also suggest no more than one pound of foot per square foot per week. I only have about two square feet. I think I can wait and feed once a week at least until I make pumpkin pie. I have so much waste when I make them but I read that worms love that type of food (squashes and melons).

And this blog is so frustrating! The preview shows my paragraphs seperated were I want them, and when I go and publish it, it's all smooshed together in one large lump. GRrrrrrr. Not my day.

Until next time...
