Great Midwest Alapaca Festival

I'm thinkin it will be something like the Sheep and Wool festival so I am excited to go even if I don't have much money to buy anything extra. LIKE I NEED MORE FIBER?! LMAO

The BF last night inquired about the fees associated with just getting in. Seems there is free admission with only parking to pay for, but we can park in public parking down the street at a lakeside park and walk. It's gonna be a FANTASTIC day to walk so no complaints from either one of us! Imagine that!! I was pleasantly surprised when Mike said he wanted to go because it "might be fun"... *double take!* Say wha!? Who are you and what have you done with the real Mike? No....nevermind...I like this Mike and I will keep him! How much for the interactive BF?!

LMFAO!
I just wanna hug em and squeeze 'em!!! This makes me sooooooooooo happy!

Until next time...

  1. Have a great time at the Alpaca Festival. I wanted to go, but schoolwork and huge stash prevent me. Thanks for the idea about the slideshow for the photos!!

  2. Oh I think you would have been dissapointed. There were not that many venders, and those that were there had basically the same stuff for sale. Only three venders were offering fleece, one breeder was selling RAW fleece for as much as the other venders were selling the CLEANED fleece for ($4 an OUNCE). Wow...milk it!
It was pretty small considering this is supposed to be the BIG alpaca festival.

Thanks for the feedback! Most comments will be published right away except for you pathetic spammers who's messages will never see the light of day. If you are offended by having to fill one a "prove you are not a robot" form, my goodness...chill out! It takes two seconds to do and saves me a ton spam to have to filter through and it takes two seconds, MAX. If you are that easily offended, maybe you should simply not comment, and seek some counseling.
