I forgot to do my MQ update yesterday!
It's been a hectic week and it was a short work week to boot.
Did some re-watching of Dexter on the Kindle while I worked on the border pieces.
Then the last clue was given and I've been working away at that. It looks like lanterns to me. So I am gonna applique some handles to the lanterns and some ladybugs and flowers here and there.What I don't get with t his pattern is that the background fabric was cut up and then reassembled in 2.5 strips. Why not just cut 7.5 wide pieces then add the outside strips with the color corners. Makes no sense to me.
